From poor communication — to shoddy workmanship — to showing up whenever they felt like it. He didn’t understand why homeowners tolerated it.
As an entrepreneur focused on outstanding customer service, he knew that there had to be a place in the home improvement sector for a trustworthy roofing company that did quality work, on time and on budget. A company that communicated with their customers regularly to update them on their projects.
Who knew that’s all it took to create a successful roofing company? That doing right by the customer — treating them the way he wanted to be treated —was a revolutionary act! That’s why Paul started this company and that’s why he named it Maverick.
